Donald and Bonnie Toy own and operate two land lease communities in Rochester, New Hampshire.
Cocheco River Estates, a 157 site community located on Route 11 in Rochester. This is a 55+ park with an active clubhouse and heated in ground pool. Construction began in 1984 and residents tend to stay and live out their retirement years.
Addison Estates, also in Rochester, is the second 55+ community, and is also the newest project. Construction began on this twenty-four site park in 2007. Each of these homes features an attached two car garage and is centrally located to many city conveniences.
